Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that you can return your purchase if you change your mind. We will provide you with an exchange via post or refund via chosen payment method if:

• You have proof of purchase i.e. invoice sent with your order;
• You purchased the product in the last 14 days; and
• The product is in its original condition with packaging and has not been washed, worn or used

For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund quilts, pillows, toppers, mattress protectors and pillow protectors. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase.

Exchange will be promptly made if we have shipped you:

• a wrong product(s) or size (or)
• the product(s) was found damaged.
